Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Office Duties:
Greet clients, visitors, and consultants professionally and courteously.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
Maintain reception area and ensure a welcoming environment.
Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers.
Accounts & Administrative Duties:
Manage day-to-day accounting entries (vouchers, invoices, receipts, payments).
Maintain petty cash and expense records.
Assist in preparing quotations, bills, and project fee statements.
Track client payments and follow up for outstanding dues.
Coordinate with external accountants/auditors for monthly/annual reports.
Maintain records of office expenses, salaries, and statutory payments.
Support office documentation, filing, and data entry.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in accounts, administration, or receptionist roles (preferred in design/architecture firms).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and client-facing attitude.
