Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant & CRM Executive to handle both financial management and client relationship operations.
This dual-role position is ideal for someone who can efficiently manage accounts, payments, and client communication in the real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records (sales, expenses, ledgers, etc.)
Prepare bank reconciliation statements
Manage invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups from clients
Coordinate with CA and management for financial reporting and audits
Track project-wise financials and maintain cash flow reports
Client Relationship Management (CRM)
Communicate with clients for payment reminders, collection updates, and receipts
Manage client databases, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth documentation
Handle customer queries regarding payments, agreements, and project updates
Coordinate between sales, legal, and accounts teams for client servicing
Assist in handover, possession, and after-sales support
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong communication & follow-up skills
Ability to multitask between accounts and client interactions
