We have urgent opening for Accountant.

We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.
Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements, and calculating tax payments and returns.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience.
Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and accountability of our business.
Duties and responsibilities: - o Comply with financial policies and regulations

• Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements

• Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments. o Preparing bills and receipts.

• Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.

• As needed, assist with other accounting projects

. o Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel & Word) is a must, and experience in using Tally 9 is highly preferred.

• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable o Ensure timely bank payments

• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

• Report on the company's financial health and liquidity

• Audit financial transactions and documents

• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database

• Co-ordination with CA and filing TDS, GST & Income tax.

• Calculating and processing the salaries.

• Few admin tasks.
