Note : Candidate must have experience in the Filing of GST, TDS and Income tax.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as an Accountant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of GST, Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Income Tax, and accounts finalization procedures. This role will provide valuable hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of accounting and taxation, contributing to the candidate's professional development.
Responsibilities:

• Goods and Services Tax (GST):Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
• Reconciliation of GST data.
• Assistance with GST audits and assessments.
• Staying updated on GST law amendments and notifications.
• Handling e-way bill related tasks.
• Audit:Assisting in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
• Preparing audit working papers and documentation.
• Performing vouching and verification of financial transactions.
• Conducting stock verification and physical verification of assets.
• Assisting in the preparation of audit reports.
• Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS):Applying Ind AS principles in accounting and reporting.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with Ind AS.
• Understanding and interpreting Ind AS requirements.
• Income Tax:Preparation and filing of income tax returns (ITR).
• Assisting in tax planning and compliance.
• Preparing tax computations and reconciliations.
• Handling TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) compliance.
• Assisting with tax assessments and appeals.
• Accounts Finalization:Assisting in the preparation of trial balance, profit and loss account, and balance sheet.
• Performing bank reconciliations and other reconciliations.
• Ensuring accurate and timely closure of books of accounts.
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports.
• Other ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required.

• Strong understanding of GST, Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Income Tax, and accounts finalization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
