We deal in all types of Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metal Scrap.

Job description

The Candidate would be part of the Accounts & Administration Team and shall be responsible for carrying out the below listed activities:

-Manage day-to-day accounting transactions.

-Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.

-Handling petty Cash Records.

-Monthly GST Working, TDS, and filing of returns.

-Ensure timely bank payments.

-Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

-Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

-Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

-Audit financial transactions and documents

-Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.

-Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.

The candidate must possess the following skills to carry out the job:

-Bachelors Degree in Accounting/CA Intermediate /CS Intermediate or equivalent degree.

-Strong communication skills.

-Proven experience of minimum 2 years in accounting or relevant role

-Proficiency in English.

-Must have hands on experience with Tally software

-Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills.

-Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

-Management skills along with a proactive trait to get the work done in the most optimum manner.

Work Timings

Monday to Saturday ( 11 AM to 8 PM )

Salary: 17,000.00 - 23,000.00 per month
