Job Title: Accountant & Administrative Executive
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounts, including tracking income, expenses, and bank transactions.
Manage fund inflows and outflows, and ensure timely payment of salaries, fees, and
vendor bills.
Prepare utilisation reports, fund appeals, receipts, and other financial communications.
Draft professional emails and correspondence related to financial and administrative
matters.
Handle inventory management, procurement of materials, and office supplies.
Coordinate administrative tasks including record keeping, filing, and reporting.
Liaise with vendors, staff, and stakeholders for smooth financial and administrative
operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com).
2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or administration.
Proficient in written English; capable of drafting professional emails, reports, and
appeals.
Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office.
Skills & Competencies:
Attention to detail and high accuracy in financial records.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Strong organizational and Communication Skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
