Handle daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
Prepare financial statements and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Manage office administration tasks including correspondence, scheduling, and record keeping.
Support HR functions such as maintaining employee records and assisting with payroll.
Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and clients as needed.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and assist management with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in accounting and general office administration.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
