We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Accountant cum Admin Executive
to manage day-to-day finance, accounts, compliance, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliances, and office administration, with hands-on experience in AR/AP, GST, TDS, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Prepare and issue invoices; track collections and payments.
Handle monthly/quarterly/annual closing of accounts.
Maintain general ledger and financial records.
Statutory Compliance
Filing of GST returns, TDS, and other statutory payments on time.
Ensure compliance with all taxation laws and corporate regulations.
Payroll & HR Admin
Manage payroll processing, salary disbursement, and PF/ESI compliance.
Maintain attendance records, leaves, and related documentation.
Coordinate with HR for employee-related reimbursements and compliance.
Administration
Handle vendor management, office expenses, and petty cash.
Support day-to-day office operations and documentation.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in accounting, compliance, and administration.
Strong knowledge of
Tally / Oddo / QuickBooks
or similar accounting software.
Familiarity with
GST, TDS, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance
.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
