Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
Accountant & Admin Executive
to manage day-to-day accounts, purchase records, and administrative operations for our
corporate serviced apartment projects
in
Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar
.
This role is pivotal in ensuring financial accuracy, stock control, and smooth administrative functioning at the project level while maintaining alignment with
Relomi HQ, Mumbai
.
Key Responsibilities:Accounts & Finance:
Handle all
core accounting
operations using
Tally, Zoho Books, and Excel
.
Maintain
Sales, Purchase, and Expense ledgers
accurately.
Prepare and process
Invoices, Debit/Credit Notes
, and purchase bills.
Perform
Bank Reconciliation
, utility payments, and daily accounting entries.
Track
Accounts Payable / Receivable
and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support
month-end closing
and data submission to Sr. Accountant (Mumbai).
Prepare and maintain data for
GST, TDS
, and other statutory requirements.
Inventory, Purchase & Asset Records:
Maintain detailed
Stock and Inventory Registers
for housekeeping, kitchen, and office supplies.
Record and update
Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E)
records and movements.
Track
kitchen and food purchase records
, ensuring receipts and usage logs are maintained.
Monitor
petty cash usage
and submit weekly statements to Mumbai HQ.
Maintain accurate records for all purchases and stock usage at site level.
Administration:
Oversee
local office administration
, documentation, and record management.
Support
guest-related billing and record keeping
when required.
Ensure proper filing, storage, and submission of administrative and financial documents.
Coordinate with Mumbai HQ for approvals, reporting, and compliance updates.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
.
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
in Accounting & Administration.
Proficiency in
Tally ERP / Tally Prime
is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in
Excel and Zoho Books
(preferred).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and expense control.
Excellent
organizational, documentation, and communication
skills.
Prior experience in
hotel or serviced apartment industry
will be an added advantage.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask efficiently.
Fluent in
English
