Location:

Works Office, Rabale, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.

Compile, analyze, and report financial data accurately and on time.

Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts and financial records.

Compute and file taxes as per statutory requirements.

Stay updated with current legislation related to finance and accounting.

Independently finalize accounts.

Know information about Income Tax,GST,Company Law compliances

Handle online filing and documentation related to:

o E-Way Bills

o Invoicing (Engineering field preferred)

Prepare

MIS (Management Information System) reports

for projects and operations.

Manage

petty cash

and record all transactions accurately.

Handle

utility bills

and related payments for the office.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

2 to 4 years of relevant work experience.

Proven experience in independently finalizing accounts.

Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.

Sound understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and mathematics.

Preferred Location:

Candidates residing on the

Central Line or Trans Harbour Line

, preferably from

Thane or Navi Mumbai

.
