Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to join our finance team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate must have a background in the shipping industry and a strong command over Accounts Payable functions, Tally entries, and vendor coordination. This role will be pivotal in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle Accounts Payable activities including processing, verification, and reconciliation of invoices. Record Tally entries, bill bookings, and ledger entries in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records. Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for invoice clarifications and payment follow-ups. Support in monthly closing activities and assist in generating financial reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
Key Skills & Qualifications

Postgraduate degree in Accounts, Finance, or a related field.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
