Key Responsibilities
Teach Accountancy as per the prescribed syllabus (CBSE / State Board / ICSE / University)
Plan and deliver well-structured lessons using effective teaching strategies
Prepare question papers, worksheets, assignments, and conduct assessments
Evaluate answer scripts and provide constructive feedback to students
Support students in developing analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills
Maintain academic records and classroom discipline
Participate in academic meetings, trainings, and school activities
Guide students for board exams and competitive examinations, if required
Qualifications
M.Com / M.B.A (Finance) / M.Com with B.Ed (preferred)
Strong subject knowledge in Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, and related areas
Teaching experience preferred (Freshers with strong subject knowledge may apply)
