Proactively manage customer orders, coordinate deliveries, and maintain strong relationships with clients. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end order process, updating reports, managing inventory, and supporting business goals through effective communication and operational excellence.
Main Responsibility (Describe Main Responsibility and Specify Objectives)
1.
Order Management & Delivery Execution
o Ensure timely execution of customer orders by following up on delivery schedules.
o Work closely with the production team to confirm delivery dates and ensure on-time fulfillment.

Reporting & Documentation
o Update sales and service (SS/SE) reports regularly.
o Place delivery (DV) orders and maintain accurate records of order processing.
3.
Financial Coordination
o Reconcile accounts with clients, issue invoices, and collect payments in a timely manner.
4.
Inventory Management
o Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular analyses to ensure efficient stock management.
o Prepare and submit timely inventory reports to support decision-making.
5.
Customer Relationship Management
o Communicate with customers regularly to build and maintain cooperative relationships.
o Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
6.
Goal Achievement & Reporting
o Report work progress and results regularly to meet business objectives.
5. Qualification/ Experience/ Skills
Bachelor's degree or above.
Strong English reading and writing skills.
Sound knowledge of MS Office and other office software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn quickly and build relationships effectively.
