Summary: The Workday Support is responsible for providing first-level technical support to internal 74Software users of Workday Financials, while maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction.
As a Workday Support, you will: * Respond to employee requests received via the 74Software ticketing system regarding various Workday Finance processes (General Accounting, Revenue, Procurement, Project Accounting, etc), in compliance with response deadlines and predefined standards.
