POSITION TITLE:

Account Service Executive

BUSINESS :

Hospitality

REPORTS TO:

District Manager/Zonal Manager

POSITION PURPOSE:

Primarily responsible for Service Management & Business Development in Diversey\xe2\x80\x99s Business areas

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Service Audits and Reporting for the customers
  • Gap Analysis and Opportunity mapping for Cross selling and Range Selling in the account
  • Develop business relationship with key decision makers in the accounts to ensure account retention.
  • Implement customer training & education training programs within the account
Sales Reporting:
  • Plan daily, weekly and annual objectives and activities to maximise customer contact and effectiveness.
  • Continuously update all sales activities (e.g. funnel) using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Internal Stakeholder Management:
  • Manage effective internal stakeholders (Customer Service, Marketing & Finance) relationships and ability to deliver the Healthcare strategy through matrix reporting structure.
  • Work closely with Application Specialists to identify and develop relevant value propositions for customers.
