We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive to join our medical billing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in U.S. medical billing processes, particularly in AR follow-up, denial management, and payment posting.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid claims via phone calls and portals Analyze and resolve denied and unpaid claims Work on aging reports and take action to reduce outstanding AR Communicate effectively with team members and escalate unresolved issues Ensure accurate documentation of all activities in billing software Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in U.S. medical billing (Accounts Receivable) Good understanding of denial codes, AR workflows, and healthcare terminologies Experience in working with EMR/EHR or billing software (e.g., Office Ally, Kareo, eClinicalWorks, Therapy notes, etc.) Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team
Monday To Friday 8.00 pm to 5.00 am
