Job Description

The responsibilities of a payment follow-up role generally include:

Contacting customers:

Following up on outstanding payments via phone, email, or mail.

Resolving discrepancies:

Investigating and addressing any billing issues or payment discrepancies.

Maintaining records:

Keeping track of all payment collection activities and client interactions.

Negotiating payment plans:

Working with customers to establish payment plans when needed.

Communicating with internal departments:

Coordinating with other departments to address client concerns and resolve issues.

Monitoring accounts receivable:

Tracking outstanding payments and identifying overdue invoices.

Improving processes:

Identifying areas for improvement in the payment collection process.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
