Medibill LLP is hiring an

Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive

to manage US medical billing AR functions. The candidate will be responsible for insurance follow-ups, denial resolution, and timely collection of outstanding claims.

Responsibilities:

AR follow-up with US insurance payers Analyze and resolve claim denials Work on underpaid, unpaid, and rejected claims Call insurance companies to check claim status Ensure timely filing and reduce AR days Document call notes and updates accurately Coordinate with billing and posting teams

Requirements:

1-4 years of experience in US medical billing AR Strong knowledge of AR workflows and denial management Familiarity with US insurance payers (BCBS, Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial) Good English communication skills (verbal and written) Comfortable with US calling and night shifts Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and insurance guidelines

Preferred:

Experience with MVA/WC cases Experience using EHR or billing software
