Job Title: Account, Procurement and Administration Executive
Minimum Qualifications and Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience
Proficiency in Tally & MS Excel is a must.
Experience in Accounting with Tally, purchase, office administration & Inventory works
Good command over the Marathi, English & Hindi languages.
Experience in using office tools such as MS office tools (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) or Google-based office tools (Sheets, docs & Slides)
Getting work done, self-initiative attitude.

The following activities are limited to the Account, Procurement and Administration Executive profile
Making entries in tally for sales, purchase payments, etc., and making ledgers
Generating & sending purchase enquiries based on purchase requisition raised by production head, design head or project manager
Follow up with vendor/suppliers
Preparing Purchase Orders & sending them to respective vendors/suppliers and following up with them for the material
Documentation & filing of purchase orders
Tracking & updating the status of any material in transport/courier to the senior.
preparing sales challan, miscellaneous challans for material testing or outsourcing, etc., & its documentation & filing
Payment follow-up with customer
Keeping inventory records of factory goods & spares
Documentation for accounting, tracking, and linking of challans with PO and payments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
