Role Overview
We're looking for an Account Planner who can combine strategic discipline with cultural curiosity. Someone who can partner with servicing teams, sharpen briefs, ground creative ideas in insight, and make sure the work we put out is as relevant as it is powerful.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with servicing teams to decode client challenges and craft inspiring, pointed creative briefs.
Conduct research across consumer, category, competition, and culture to unearth actionable insights.
Validate creative work against brief objectives, ensuring both strategic clarity and creative ambition.
Shape strategies that translate seamlessly across mainline, digital, and social platforms.
Contribute to pitches with insight-led thinking and fresh perspectives.
Stay ahead of cultural, consumer, and media trends to keep strategies sharp and current.
Qualifications & Skills
4-7 years' experience in account planning/brand strategy in an advertising or integrated agency.
Strong research, analytical, and storytelling skills.
Ability to collaborate seamlessly with servicing and creative teams.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; Master's a plus.
Passion for brands, culture, and consumer behaviour.
