Clevertize, a rapidly growing creative-led integrated marketing agency, is looking for an Account Planner with 4?7 years of experience across diverse categories.

Experience Requisite

Background in a mainline agency within the planning department; exposure to digital and media departments preferred. Must have 4?7 years of relevant working experience. Strong experience in cracking campaign territories/spaces is a must. Exposure to primary research and brand workshops is preferred. Eagerness to learn and integrate AI into planning workflows is important.

Key Responsibilities

Develop effective brand strategies for clients and collaborate with brand management and creative teams to shape creative expression and execution. Build strong relationships as a strategic client partner and advisor across brand initiatives. Develop brand identity documents including brand personality, positioning, and archetypes. Create Brand Communication Plans & Roadmaps for various clients. Write and co-own creative briefs along with the brand management team. Research consumer insights and behavioural patterns. Conduct primary research based on project requirements. Identify new opportunities that support the growth of Clevertize and strengthen client relationships. Identify processes, innovations, automation tools, and other enhancements that improve efficiency and position the company as a forward-thinking partner.

Mandatory Skills

Professional-level proficiency in English. Basic knowledge of social media channels, digital media, and online marketing. Strong understanding of consumer behaviour theories. Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs. * Ability to use AI platforms and basic knowledge of working with or building agentic AI bots.
