Prepare and circulate

daily pending GR/IR reports

to the Store department. Process

PO-based vendor bills

in

Software

as per approved terms and conditions. Verify, process, and ensure

timely payment of expense and service bills

. Handle

domestic vendor payments

, ensuring compliance with agreed payment terms. Track and reconcile

Gate Entry vs GRN

discrepancies. Maintain and update

e-invoice declaration data

. Monitor

short booking bills

and validate rates against PO rates. Process

transporter and other service bills

accurately. Verify and release

sales return bills

as per PO terms and conditions. Share

payment advice

with vendors post payment credit. Perform

monthly reconciliation of freight bills

as per approved system/trip rates. Verify vendor

GST compliance (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B)

before releasing payments. Resolve billing issues related to

rate differences, short quantity, and freight charges

. Update

scrap party payments and bills

as per SOP. Ensure

manpower payment verification

in line with SOP guidelines. Maintain

accurate stock updates

in the system after authorized approvals.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of

Accounts Payable, GR/IR, and GST

Hands-on experience with ERP systems Good understanding of

vendor reconciliation

Strong coordination and communication skills High attention to detail and compliance

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in

manufacturing / logistics / industrial accounting

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Self-driven and process-oriented mindset

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
