Roles and Responsibilities1-Skill and experience At SME level 1-Accountancy Graduates with strong fundamentals in finance and accounts with 2-3 years of experience . 2-Working knowledge in SAP/S4 HANA . 3-Experience soft skills . (a) Advanced MS-excel able to work on spreadsheets extensively (e.g.Look up formulae ,statistical formulae , reportings ) (b) Good in communication over (e-mail ettiquettes )and overcalls knowing how to do mail merge ,mail filters and reports responsive able to hold conversations with stakeholders . 2- At TL level: 1-Minimum Semi Qualified CA (CWA or equivalent and Accountancy Graduates with 4-5 years of experience team management (8-10 fte span). 2-Working knowledge in SAP /S4 HANA ERP ,able to generate reports auto schedule able to work through Data lake for reporting . 3-Able to prepare necessary financial presentation with analysis and insights . 4-Self driven and solution mind set . 5-MS-excels . Flexible to work for long hours during critical phases like Months Ends ,Audit Calender Desired Candidate Profile
Review and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing
Process expense reports from employees Identify discrepancies and escalate in appropriate manner
Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses
Having knowledge of SAP
