JK HR Services is looking Account Operation Specialist for Pre engineered Buildings Company, having projects across India.
Requirements
Experience of minimum 3-4 years in handling all the matters with respects to Dispatches, GST returns , tally entry , invoicing , purchase order creations and payment tracking and follow ups.
Handle all the activities during travelling time of director
Coordinate with vendors and client for purchase sales matters
Communicate to internal teams and stakeholders effectively to ensure expectations are set and all deliverables are met and on schedule
Monitor customer contracts, ensuring timely product allocation and shipping
Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, general ledgers, financial statements
Patient and cooperative personality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
