The Accounts responsibilities cover billing, invoicing, payment processing, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, tax filings, and budgeting support. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the HR department to manage payroll processing.Support will also be extended to HR functions like maintaining employee records, handling employee onboarding and exit formalities from a financial perspective, preparing salary statements, and coordinating audit requirements pertaining to both finance and HR. This combined role ensures seamless financial operations and HR compliance across the organization.
