Handle day-to-day accounting entries, billing, and basic financial documentation.
Manage purchase and sales activities including inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with vendors and customers for timely material supply and payments.
Maintain records, data entry, and prepare required reports.
Support daily office operations, internal coordination, and communication tasks.
Assist in stock tracking, order dispatch, and document filing.
