Job Description

This role is focused on generating leads, prospecting new clients, and setting up meetings for the Sales Head / Banker, rather than closing deals yourself. The Account Manager will act as the front?end of the sales funnel-researching potential clients, initiating outreach, and coordinating the pipeline.





Responsibilities:




Identify potential new clients (HNI, Institutions, Family Offices)) through research, databases, referrals, personal networks, social media (LinkedIn etc.), cold?calling / cold?emailing. Use tools and platforms (CRM, market data, social media) to locate prospects, analyze their needs / fit. Contact prospects via phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn etc., and follow up persistently. Schedule meetings / discussions between prospects and Sales Head. Ensure all details (prospect profile, expectations) are captured well beforehand. Prepare prospect information / briefs for the Banker / Sales Head ahead of meetings. Work with internal teams (research, operations, compliance) to ensure all processes (e.g. KYC, documentation) are ready, so that meetings are productive. Maintain and update CRM with prospect interactions, meeting outcomes, follow?ups. Keep track of outreach metrics: number of calls/emails, response rates, meetings set, conversion rates. Stay up to date with Company product offerings (equities, derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs, etc.), service differentiators, as well as competitive offerings.

Qualifications




Bachelor//'s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics or related field. MBA / CFA / CFP is a plus. 1?3 years//' experience in sales support / lead generation / business development in financial services / brokerage / wealth management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confidence in cold outreach. Familiarity with CRM tools; ability to use Excel / Google Sheets for tracking. Proactive, with strong follow?up discipline; resilience to handle rejection. * Some Network/ contact in financial / investor community
