Job Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
? Maintaining relationship with travel agents and responsible for agents' growth at TravelTriangle.
? Ensuring healthy retention rate of vendors.
? Managing the vendor's grievances (related to payments, competition etc)
? Time to time performance checks on Vendors to ensure quality output
? Maintaining reports for daily activities and analyzing data to find solutions to improve efficiency
in the processes.
? Assure quality training of new travel agents on TravelTriangle platform in order to familiarize
them with our systems leading to efficient functioning and target delivery.
? Mentoring fellow team members and work collaboratively to ensure destination's overall
growth.
? CTC up to 4 LPA
