Profile: Account Manager-Automobile-Surat-40k
Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in an automobile dealership
Salary Range: UPTO 40K
Job Overview:
The Accounts Manager will oversee all financial accounting, banking operations, and finalisation activities using Tally software. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling on-site accounting at an automobile dealership and possess a strong understanding of dealership financial processes, bank reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain daily accounts in Tally ERP.
Handle day-to-day accounting, including receipts, payments, purchase/sales entries, and journal vouchers.
Perform bank reconciliation, vendor and customer account reconciliation.
Prepare monthly financial statements, trial balance, and assist in finalisation of accounts.
Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments for financial reporting.
Support management in budgeting and cash flow analysis.
Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of all financial documents.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
B.Com. (Mandatory)
CA Inter / CMA Inter (Preferred).
Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel is a must.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiar with automobile dealership accounting processes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
