Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic input.
Understand client objectives, brand positioning, and marketing challenges to develop effective campaign briefs.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, digital, production) to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously--overseeing timelines, budgets, approvals, and final deliveries.
Present campaign ideas, reports, and performance analysis to clients.
Identify opportunities for account growth and new business within existing clients.
Ensure all work aligns with client goals, agency standards, and brand guidelines.
