Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager for our office in Vadodara. This is a full-time position within our dynamic team, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing accounts and overseeing various financial operations to ensure smooth business transactions.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in account management with a strong understanding of financial processes and operations.
  • Proficiency in Tally and understanding of GST (Mandatory skill), ensuring compliance and accurate financial reporting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis to evaluate financial data and prepare insightful reports for decision-making.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel for financial modeling and comprehensive data management tasks.
  • In-depth knowledge of taxation laws and practical experience in tax-related processes.
  • Familiarity with TDS calculations and e-filing to manage tax deductions effectively.
  • Solid accounting skills to ensure accurate and comprehensive bookkeeping and account reconciliation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Provide regular financial insights and reports to senior management for strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Supervise billing, collection, and reconciliation processes while maintaining meticulous financial records.
  • Lead efforts in improving financial procedures and systems to optimize account operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, assisting them with account queries and resolving any related issues promptly.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure timely filing and compliance with all financial and tax regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation.
