. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance, handling inventory accounting, and supporting financial reporting for the manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain
day-to-day accounting
entries including sales, purchases, expenses, and bank transactions
Handle
GST compliance
: returns, reconciliation, e-way bills, and documentation
Manage
inventory accounting
including raw material, WIP, and finished goods
Perform
costing & variance analysis
for FMCG products
Prepare
MIS reports
, P&L statements, and monthly financial summaries
Coordinate with production, stores, and procurement teams for stock and cost control
Manage
vendor and customer reconciliation
Ensure statutory compliance related to
TDS, GST, and audits
Support internal and external audits
Maintain accurate records as per company policies
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of
FMCG manufacturing accounting processes
Experience in
inventory management & product costing
Proficiency in
Tally / ERP systems
Good understanding of
GST laws and compliance
Advanced skills in
MS Excel
Attention to detail and strong analytical ability

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
