We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
Account Manager
who can handle
day-to-day accounting work along with office administration
. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting processes and capable of managing administrative coordination smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Responsibilities:
Maintain books of accounts (Tally / accounting software)
Handle billing, invoicing, receipts, and payment follow-ups
Manage bank entries, cash book, and reconciliations
Prepare GST data, assist in GST returns & compliance
Coordinate with CA for audits, TDS, GST, and other filings
Track expenses, budgets, and vendor payments
Administrative Responsibilities:
Handle office documentation, agreements, and records
Maintain files, registers, and statutory documents
Coordinate with vendors, banks, and service providers
Support management with reports, letters, and MIS
Handle basic HR/admin tasks (attendance, records, coordination)
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
Good knowledge of
Tally, Excel, and GST basics
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Prior experience in
real estate / construction / SME
will be an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,603.03 - ₹35,533.61 per month
