About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to oversee client accounts, ensure smooth invoicing, manage vendor interactions, and support our sales operations.
The ideal candidate should be organized, strong in communication, and comfortable managing multiple tasks with accuracy and ownership.
Key Responsibilitieso
Manage end-to-end invoicing: prepare, verify, and share invoices with clients on time.
Conduct payment follow-ups, maintain payment records, and coordinate with finance when required.
Handle timesheet management for internal teams/vendors and ensure timely submission.
Support the sales team with client coordination, documentation, and reporting.
Oversee vendor management--onboarding, coordination, rate negotiations, and documentation.
Maintain strong client relationships and act as a single point of contact for all account-related queries.
Prepare account reports, MIS, trackers, and maintain accurate data.
Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and clients for project deliverables.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or relevant field.
Strong knowledge of invoicing, payments, and basic finance processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and ownership abilities.
