Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and support.
Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions or services.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to deliver high-quality results.
Prepare reports and presentations on account performance.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to achieve business targets.
Handle client escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in account management, client servicing, or customer success.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills
Experience in finance, tally, GST, PF, ESIC etc.
