We are seeking a detail-oriented and result-driven
Account Manager
to manage financial records, client accounts, billing, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge along with
advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
to support data analysis, financial reporting, and decision-making.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including billing, invoicing, receipts, and payments.
Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and account statements.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely collections and payments.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Advanced Excel & Data Management
Utilize
Advanced Excel functions
such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, IF formulas, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and data validation.
Create automated MIS reports, dashboards, and financial summaries using Excel.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain and optimize large datasets with accuracy and confidentiality.
Design Excel-based trackers for expenses, revenue, payroll, and client accounts.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments and clients regarding account statements and payments.
Handle client queries related to invoices, balances, and financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, and other applicable regulations.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal reviews.
Support external auditors and provide required financial data.
Process Improvement & Reporting
Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes through automation.
Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and business data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role.
Strong command of Advanced Microsoft Excel
(mandatory).
Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills
Experience in MIS reporting and financial dashboards.
Knowledge of GST filings and compliance.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
