Job Description

Urgent requirement for Accounts Executive looking for immediate joiner with 1 to 5 years of experience in Accounts filed.

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Primary Headquarters)

Experience Required: 8 - 10 Years

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial reporting, including analysis of statements and identification of areas for improvement.

Manage budgeting and financial planning across various business units, monitoring performance and providing forecasts.

Supervise daily accounting operations to ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including tax and RERA, and manage audits.

Lead and mentor accounting staff, overseeing their development and workflow.

Implement process improvements and manage accounting software and ERP systems.

Coordinate with other departments across different locations to support business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required, with a professional certification like CA or CPA often preferred.

Must have 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounts management, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing sectors.

Requires knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations, along with proficiency in accounting software and Excel.

Key soft skills include analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
