Account Manager:
The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.) align with business objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, client communication, and data analysis to drive measurable results while fostering long-term relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:1. Client Relationship Management
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (creative, SEO, PPC, content).
Conduct regular meetings to present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
Proactively address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
2. Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals (brand awareness, lead generation, sales).
Collaborate with specialists to implement SEO, PPC, email, and social media campaigns.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet KPIs.
3. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor campaign metrics (ROI, CTR, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports with actionable insights.
Optimize strategies based on data trends and industry best practices.
4. Upselling & Retention
Identify opportunities to expand services (e.g., adding influencer marketing or remarketing).
Renew contracts by demonstrating campaign success and value.
5. Market & Trend Awareness
Stay updated on digital marketing trends (algorithm changes, new tools) to advise clients.
Conduct competitor analysis to refine strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 1+ years in account management/digital marketing (agency preferred).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
