to manage financial operations across our payment gateway services, POS machine distribution, and service-based projects. The candidate will play a key role in handling daily accounting activities, client settlements, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily books of accounts for YENBIZ PVT LTD
Handle invoicing, billing, and client payment follow-ups
Track settlements from payment gateways and POS transactions
Perform bank, cash, and settlement reconciliation
Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and management reports
Manage GST filing, reconciliation, and related compliance
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and payment service providers
Maintain records for vendor payments and service contracts
Support payroll processing and basic HR accounting needs
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
Hands-on experience with Tally / Zoho Books / accounting software
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
Strong analytical and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
Experience in fintech, payment gateway, POS, or IT services
Understanding of MDR, settlements, and transaction reporting
Prior experience in service-based or startup environment
