Job Description

Business Development Executive

Experience: 2 + Years

Location: Coimbatore

Shift: Night Shift

Generate and qualify leads for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services through calls, emails, and networking

Identify healthcare clients such as clinics, hospitals, and billing companies with RCM needs.

Present and explain RCM services including billing, coding, AR follow-up, and payment posting.

Conduct meetings, demos, and discussions with decision-makers to understand their requirements.

Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close contracts to achieve sales targets.

Maintain accurate CRM data and follow up consistently with prospects.

Build strong client relationships and coordinate with operations teams for smooth onboarding.
