Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Understand clients' business goals, needs, and challenges to provide effective solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, support) to ensure timely and successful .
Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients and management.
Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
Manage client contracts, renewals, and ensure satisfaction and retention.
Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of client trust.
Keep accurate records of all account activitie.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to advise clients strategically.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
8-10 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or business development.
Proven track record of managing enterprise or high-value accounts.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
