Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and business growth.
Oversee a portfolio of accounts, working to meet client needs, deadlines, and expectations.
Develop, execute, and manage account strategies to ensure client retention and profitability.
Lead and mentor a team of junior account managers, providing guidance and support.
Monitor and report on account performance, delivering regular updates to senior management.
Resolve escalated client issues with professionalism and a focus on solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and reports to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and drive business development.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress, gather feedback, and enhance relationships.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years in account management or related roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in client relationship management and team leadership.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
