Financial Management & Controls



Lead and supervise the entire accounting cycle -- AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts. Own preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud. Monitor working capital, cash flows, and banking operations.

Statutory Compliance & Taxation



Ensure 100% compliance with all statutory requirements -- GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc. Handle audits (internal, statutory, and tax) and liaise with auditors and government authorities. Stay updated with changing financial laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.

Payroll & Employee Financial Management



Oversee payroll processing including salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory benefits. Maintain employee-related financial data with strict confidentiality and compliance.

Costing, Budgeting & Business Support



Develop and maintain costing models for products, services, and projects. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis -- giving actionable insights to management. Drive profitability analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.

P&L Ownership & Strategic Partnering



Take full ownership of the company's Profit & Loss account. Support top management in decision-making by providing accurate financial analysis and reports. Act as a key partner in evaluating new projects, investments, and expansions.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement



Mentor and guide junior accounting staff and build a high-performing finance team. Coordinate with vendors, clients, banks, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Present financial performance to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications & Skills



Education

: CA / ICWA / MBA Finance (preferred) or Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce with strong domain expertise.

Experience

: Minimum

10 years

in end-to-end finance, accounts, compliance, and strategic financial management. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, Income Tax, Payroll, and all statutory laws. Advanced proficiency in accounting systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and MS Excel. Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet strict deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
