Job Description

Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ensure timely submission. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial statements. Develop budgets and financial plans in collaboration with senior management. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. Manage and mentor the accounting team; delegate tasks and set performance targets. Coordinate audits (internal and external) and work with auditors to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Implement and improve accounting systems, controls, and procedures. Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow. Liaise with banks, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as needed.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
