Key Responsibilities
Purchase Entries:
Record and verify all purchase transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness in the financial system.
GST Filing:
Prepare and file GST returns in compliance with regulatory timelines and requirements.
Financial Record Maintenance:
Maintain organized and meticulous financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other relevant documents.
Reconciliation:
Perform regular reconciliations of financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Financial Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and summaries for management review.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay updated on accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations to ensure full compliance.
Audit Support:
Provide documentation and support for both internal and external audits.
Financial Analysis:
Support financial analysis by providing accurate data and actionable insights.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Prime.
Strong knowledge of GST regulations and filing.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
