Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & Growth
Manage and grow existing B2B client accounts--ensuring revenue expansion and smooth operations.
Build strong, strategic relationships with decision-makers at client organizations.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on client requirements.
New Business Development
Acquire new B2B clients across relevant categories (manufacturers, wholesalers, brands, distributors, etc.).
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing negotiations.
Convert prospects into long-term recurring clients.
Operational & Strategic Responsibilities
Deeply understand e-commerce platform capabilities (cataloging, logistics, payments, technology).
Work with internal teams (operations, supply chain, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
Track sales performance, pipeline, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
Provide market intelligence on competitors, category trends, and new opportunities.
Client Support & Issue Resolution
Address client queries regarding order flow, pricing, payments, returns, and operational issues.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate performance and action plans.
