Role Description:
We are looking for a
Key Sales Specialist / Account Manager - Sales
to join our team. This is a
full-time, on-field sales role
involving client meetings and presentations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing B2B leads, acquiring new clients, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and manage new B2B leads
Acquire new clients and maintain long-term business relationships
Conduct client meetings, sales pitches, and presentations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and account growth
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Maintain accurate sales data and follow-ups using CRM tools
Eligibility Criteria:
1-3 years of experience in sales (B2B sales preferred)
Strong lead generation, communication, and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Smart and proactive approach to identifying challenges and converting leads
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
Must own a
two-wheeler and a laptop
Additional Notes:
This is a field sales role requiring regular client visits
Only male candidates are preferred for this role as of now
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
