We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven
Account Manager- Sales & Customer service
with a passion for jewelry and excellence in customer service. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of luxury retail and the importance of long-term client relationships. The Account Manager will oversee key customer accounts, manage the sales process, and provide top-tier service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for assigned retail and wholesale clients, providing personalized service and timely support.
Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs, style preferences, and purchase history.
Drive sales by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across collections and product categories.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jewelry products, trends, craftsmanship, and materials (e.g., diamonds, gemstones, precious metals).
Process and manage orders, track deliveries, and ensure accurate fulfillment of client requests.
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, discretion, and a luxury service approach.
Collaborate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and design to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
Support marketing initiatives and client outreach programs, including VIP client events, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
Maintain detailed and accurate client records in the CRM system, including communication logs, sales history, and preferences.
Prepare reports on account performance, sales targets, and client satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service, ideally in the
jewelry

fashion
industry.
Strong understanding of luxury client expectations and a passion for fine jewelry.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in jewelry product sales, inventory, or client advisory services.
Knowledge of gemstone grading, diamond certifications, and jewelry care.
Experience working with high-value clients or VIP clientele.
