Your key responsibilities
  • This is a client facing role and you will work closely with Account Managers to service existing relationships and smoothly onboard new relationships .
  • You will be responsible for day to day transaction processing which would include \xe2\x80\x93 new client onboarding, KYC reviews , Banking transactions (such as foreign currency Remittances , electronic bank transfers, deposits ) , Investment forms and processing transactions in mutual funds/PMS and documentation for Lending transactions such as Loans, overdrafts, trade related facilities etc
  • There will be constant engagement with the branch and back-office transaction processing teams to ensure timely execution of client requirements
  • You will take care of documentation for transaction processing and will oversee the filing and ensure up to date record keeping
  • You will be interacting with internal teams such as Account Managers, Relationships Managers and the branch processing teams and externally with clients or client\xe2\x80\x99s offices/home office teams.
Your skills and experience
  • We are looking for candidates with prior client service and transaction processing experience
  • A good knowledge of banking transaction processes and/or mutual fund and PMS transaction processing and knowledge of operational and execution related aspects is required
  • Knowledge and experience of client onboarding and KYC would be an added advantage
  • Good communication is essential (verbal and written)
  • At least 3 years experience in the financial services industry preferably in wealth management or priority/private banking/mutual fund industry
