We are seeking a seasoned IT Sales Account Manager with 15+ years of experience in IT sales and account management to drive business growth through strategic relationship-building and innovative sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, expertise in client acquisition, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles within the technology domain. As a senior member of our sales team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions to our clients while identifying opportunities for growth.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to foster account growth and retention.xc2xb7Account Planning: Create and execute account plans that align with company goals, ensuring that client needs are met with tailored IT solutions and services.Sales Cycle Management:Lead and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closing, ensuring a positive experience for clients throughout the process.Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position the company as a thought leader in the IT space.Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the product, service, and technical teams to ensure client expectations are met and aligned with the companyxe2x80x99s offerings.Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on account metrics, revenue targets, and forecast growth, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment.Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance to junior sales team members, sharing best practices in account management, client engagement, and sales strategy.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
